SOCIAL MEDIA CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. THE CONTEST
Find the condom and stand a chance to win an exciting prize.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
Entries valid till Dec 4 only.
3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Participants must be following @MTVNishedh on Instagram and Facebook.
- Open to 18+ participants, residing in India only.
- Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Note : Participants shall not be associated with MTV Staying Alive Foundation and Paramount Pictures Private Limited (including their close relatives) in any way.
4. ENTRY FEES
The contest is entirely free of cost.
5. PRIZES
- Winner will be picked at random and will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date only.
- Prizes are non transferable and will not be substituted by cash or any other benefit. Unclaimed/un-availed prizes within 14 days of notification will be forfeited.
- In case of non-availability of the prizes, they can be substituted with any prize of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
- By entering this competition, the participant will be bound by the given terms and conditions.
- MTV Nishedh’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Upon our request, the winner will have to share the required contact details with us in our DMs, failing which an alternate winner will be announced.
